I made an appointment in the store and made my little brother wait 45 minutes. when we arrived after 40 minutes, the young lady employee made us wait another 25 minutes. a very bad experience !!!

10 out of 10 stars if I could give 10 stars. I've wanted to try Sport Clips for a while and was not disappointed. I really needed a haircut and was able to get Nina. Thank you Nina for one of my best haircuts. Very professional, friendly and a very clean establishment. I was quite stressed out that day & in a rush as my mother was in the hospital and they were able to accommodate me last minute with no waiting. I had a coupon so I finally tried SC. Nina was just awesome and so understanding. Can't say enough about this location and Nina. Will be returning. The only downside (if there is one) is you really can't make a concrete appointment time. Completely understandable because of "walk-ins" but if you have a busy schedule - it might be a bit difficult to get a confirmed time (with no waiting) tho you can request it online. There might be a wait at times although I did not experience that and it won't be a deterrent to returning. Thank you again! I was so overpaying at various high end salons and they did just as good of a job - even better and at a more affordable price.

I highly recommend this particular Sport Clips. Nina did a fantastic job on my hair and beard and I couldn?t be happier with my new look. I went in looking like a shaggy beast and came out looking very presentable. They?re also excellent at following Covid safety protocols. Well done!
